It has developed the well planned infrastructure including: all-the-year-round hotel with 8 luxury two-roomed suites (accommodation 2+1); 10 cottage small-sized houses with the conditioner and summer terrace (accommodation 2+1, opened between 05/01 and 09/30); cozy restaurant with 50 seating capacity; sauna complex (wooden house, a natural Russian bath); an open pool with heating; a supervised parking; lush, green, well-groomed territory with water fall, small man made river, gazebos and vacation spots; a children's playground. It’s located at the second row from the sea, 10-15 minutes of walking. The beach is sandy and flat with an open sea.

The flexible approach to organization of excursion programs for our visitors and close attention to their wishes will allow you to plan your vacation according to your own taste or independently, with your family or people close to you.

If necessary we’ll meet you at the airport, at railway or bus station, we can also arrange to meet you in the city, we will provide a daily transfer to the Southern capital - the city of Odessa and back.

Our guest price policy is very comfortable and convenient: Luxury room including 2 meals per day (breakfast-dinner) is $38.00 per person per day, cottage house including 2 meals per day (breakfast-dinner) is $25.00 per person per day.
